Tell me about the safety and cleanliness of your products.

We thoroughly safety check each item after it is returned and carefully clean, launder, and sanitize every rental item. We track recall information on a regular basis through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s website (www.cpsc.gov), which provides automated recall updates on baby equipment. We also register our products with the manufacturer, if applicable.

How do I place an order?

Complete the online form and send via e-mail to aloha@babytravelmadeeasy.com . We will respond to your e-mail or phone you to complete your order.

Do you offer discounts?

10% discount to military is honored. We also offer discounts for large orders or orders exceeding 2 weeks.

Do you install car seats and set up equipment?

Although we do not install car seats or set up equipment, instruction manuals for each item are available for download on our website as pdf files.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver island wide on Oahu.

Is there a charge for delivery and pick up?

There is no fee for delivery or pick up in Kailua (zip code 96734). There is a $15 one time fee (includes delivery and pick up) to Kaneohe, Waimanalo and Honolulu. The $15 fee applies to/from Honolulu airport. There is a $25 one time fee (includes delivery and pick up) to North Shore, Ewa Beach, and Kapolei areas.

What are your delivery hours/delivery policy?

Deliveries will be made between 8am – 8pm unless prior arrangements are made.  When booking, please share location and time preference for delivery and pick up.  We will do our best to get your items to you within 4 hours.  If someone is not present to receive the items, a safe location must be agreed upon prior to delivery to leave the items.  If neither of these are an option, the rentor must be available.  Our deliverer will phone and if no one is present to receive the items within 30 minutes, this may result in an additional delivery fee if a second trip is necessary.

What is your cancellation Policy?

20% of payment is refundable if canceling within a week of rental date.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes, orders (excluding tax and delivery fee) must be $60 or more. In addition, there is 4.5% tax and depending on location of delivery, there is a delivery fee.

What is the payment process?

Once we have received your order information and you have faxed or scanned a signed copy of your contract, a Paypal invoice will be sent. Full payment is due at time of booking. Major credit cards are accepted through paypal.com. Checks made payable to GKS Rentals, LLC are also accepted.

What is the difference between a pack and play and portable crib?

Pack and plays are lower to the ground and have mesh sides. Portable cribs are similar to the cribs you typically receive in hotels. They are a smaller crib, with wooden rails and a 2” thick mattress.

How big are your portable cribs?

Brands may vary, but dimensions are approximately 38” high by 26” wide by 40” long.

Do you carry full size cribs?

No.

What if I need something that I don’t see in your inventory?

We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
